Refund Policy
Unused credit packs
Refund eligibility depends on applicable consumer law and whether purchased digital credits have already been used. We will provide the required withdrawal and refund information before public paid checkout is enabled.
Failed exports
If Yolk consumes a credit but cannot deliver the print-ready file because of a verified service failure, the intended remedy is to restore that credit rather than charge you twice.
